Adapted Family Solutions is a community-based therapy provider, offering services across the Valley. All services are delivered in your home, at school, or out in the community where support is most meaningful and effective for your child and family.

Adapted Family Solutions operates as a self-pay practice and does not accept insurance directly. This model allows me to provide truly individualized care without the restrictions often imposed by insurance, giving us the freedom to focus on what works best for your child and family. If needed, I’m happy to provide a superbill after our sessions, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Evaluations are scheduled for 90 minutes, treatment sessions for 1 hour. Longer appointments can be arranged as needed, based on your child’s goals and the level of support required.

Session frequency is completely tailored to your family’s needs. After the evaluation, I’ll provide personalized recommendations, and together we’ll decide on a schedule that feels like the right fit. I offer flexible options ranging from once to five times per week, depending on your goals and level of need.

Yes! My hours are designed to be flexible and family-friendly. I aim to support you during the times that matter most, whether that’s morning routines, bedtime, grocery trips, school pick-up, or mealtimes. If there’s a specific challenge you’re facing, we’ll work together to find a time that allows me to be there with you in the moment. I offer availability between 7 AM and 6 PM, with occasional weekend openings. If you don’t see a time that works for your family, feel free to reach out, we’ll find a solution together!

No, Arizona is a direct access state meaning you do not need a referral to receive occupational therapy services.

If you are located more than 45 minutes away from my home there will be an additional travel fee added to your session. This fee is based on mileage and will be discussed with you prior to your initial evaluation. You will never be surprised by added fees after a session!

I have experience with a wide variety of diagnoses. This includes but is not limited to: ADHD, ASD, CP, Developmental Delay, Intellectual Disabilities, Spina Bifida, Angelman Syndrome, speech delays and kiddos who are non-verbal, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorder. My services are not specific to a diagnosis!
